The winners of the 2011 International Dance Music Awards have been announced, with A State of Trance - Armin van Buuren's show which plays on NovaNation weekly - being named Best Podcast.

With over 50 categories, the IDMAs this year rewarded the best and hardest workers in the dance music scene.

Amongst those were Duck Sauce, winning Best Underground Dance Track for "Big Bad Wolf", David Guetta, who was named Best Producer, and Calvin Harris and Rihanna, who took home the gong for Best Commercial/Pop Dance Track for "We Found Love".

A State of Trance beat Avicii, Tiësto, Dennis Ruyer, The Riddler and Paul van Dyk to be named Best Podcast. The show plays every Wednesday night on NovaNation. Van Buuren was also named Best Radio Mix Show DJ and received the Best Trance Track award.
