LCD SOundsystem's forthcoming album This Is Happening is one step closer today, after the album's artwork was revealed.

This Is Happening -- which is due for a May 14 release -- is the highly anticipated return of James Murphy's LCD Soundsystem and is his first original release since 2007's seminal Sound Of Silver.

The album's lead single, "Drunk Girls", has already become a fan favourite, suggesting This Is Happening may just be Murphy's best work to date.
