Orbital confirmed to headline Playground Weekender

NME Award winning dance music pioneers ORBITAL today join the Playground Weekender 2010 line up. This will be the first time the UK mega stars of techno-tinged electronica will play their incredible live show to Australian music lovers since 1992.

Further fuelled by the talents of PIVOT, THE BEES (UK, DJ Set) and WASHINGTON, Playground Weekender 2010 looks set to deliver a celebration of sound in the scenic surrounds of Wisemans Ferry, on NSW’s Hawkesbury River - 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st February, 2010.

These artists join the already announced line up of Lupe Fiasco, The Polyphonic Spree, The Cribs, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Jamie Lidell, Steve Lawler, Bjorn Again, Gui Boratto, LTJ Bukem, British Sea Power, Norman Jay MBE, Bertie Blackman, James Lavelle, Mark Farina, New Orleans Bingo Show, Prins Thomas, Ewan Pearson, Luna City Express, Gas Lamp Killer, 16 Bit (Southside Dubstars), Vincenzo, Charles Webster, Regular John, Goons of Doom, The Jezabels, The Black Ryder, PBR Street Gang (2020 Vision), Kid Mac, Cameras, Mr Doris and Snowdroppers.
