So i was reading this article ( Here: novanation.com.au/ ) and discovered, 1 and 2 of this list are clothing rules for the club.
So it got me thinking. What's a weird rule you've seen at a club? Whether you've seen somebody get knocked back at the door for their shoelaces or something you've been knocked back for. I wanna hear about it! And also would like to know what these are in place for...
I was once denied entry into the Melbourne club Wah-Wah. The Door had a sign saying "NO Mo-Hawks, NO Edhardy, NO Fancy shoes" (none of which i had on) but the guy wouldn't let me in unless i took off my top and only wore my beater in. So lets hear yours...

Not an entry rule or a club it was a pub in perth no skulling of Jagerbombs or you get thrown out, just seems weird to me you can't sip them they taste like shit.
Also in perth people get knocked back because of laces they say its to casual.

Perth is ridiculous for club entries, pretty much all clubs require collar shirts, black shoes, no torn or worn out jeans, and the list goes on. Most of the clothes I wore clubbing in Ibiza and Barcelona would not get allowed. If I wanted to stand around and try to look like I had too much money I would go to Subiaco, or the Garden and pay through my nose!

I've been to clubs like that as well, but they were classy establishments, so the dress code was warranted. I remember a guy in front of me being knocked back by the bouncer because his shoes weren't dressy enough (plain black sneakers), and after about 2 minutes of argument, the bouncer used ME as a model on what to wear.
