This very visual and graphic clip boasts split screen video mirror effects, and showcases 'Gaga the alien goddess' giving birth to herself.
The clip is a packed with Gaga's trademark imagination, plenty of colour and jaw-dropping (and grotesque) visuals and treads a fine line between a natural birth documentary and a porn video.
